Trying to connect MT20W Schlage STD to engage app for integration with Avigilon Alta Access. These are what I get from Engage Mobile app trying to add MT20W it asks for IP or DNS info. I contacted Avigilon and there is no such thing for that. When connected via USB I get Reader Detected Trying to connect. Avigilon kinda threw their hand up. They sent me these. None of them match what happens when I take those steps.

Anybody dealt with these?
