So I was trying to disconnect my battery and I saw this pin right here, idk if i accidentally messed it up or not. When I tried to connect my battery back I saw a spark and didn’t try it again.
What should I do ? My laptop is still under warranty and it’s Victus 16
Hey y’all, I’m going into my second year of electrical engineering at my university this fall. In my program, we have a mandatory 4-month work term after second year. I’ve talked to a lot of upper-year students, and many people in second year didn’t land internships since I live in Alberta, which isn’t a tech hub.
This has me a bit worried about what I should do. Most employers here seem to prefer 8-month work terms, which I won’t be eligible for until winter-summer 2028.
I’m looking for tips on how to avoid not getting an internship. When should I start applying for summer 2027 internships? Should I be looking for opportunities outside of Alberta? And is there anything I can learn or do this summer to improve my chances specifically in Alberta or any other province (I’m fine with US as well)?
