Sad orchid help

So my partner bought me the orchid on the right from a florist back in November. It was dyed blue but when I took it out of the box it was in orchid bark in a nursery pot so I thought ahh it’s been looked after. Recently the leaves have been getting more droopy and wrinkled, and the roots have been staying silver & yellow. So I took it out to inspect it and underneath all the bark was still the horrid nursery plug. I cut all of the worst roots and repotted it in orchid bark, however there aren’t very many roots left at all, and they don’t look particularly healthy. I care for both my orchids the same and the one on the left is very healthy so I don’t think my care is the issue, but is there anything I can do to give it a fighting chance? It’s just not looking any better! I’ve attached a picture from when I first got it too, it was pretty healthy then! She gets plenty of light, usually water whenever the roots turn silver and let her drain before going back in the decorative pot.
