Advice on automated watering wine cooler Orchidarium

I have the beginnings of a wine cooler Orchidarium in my office and have some questions

1 am trying to figure out how to automate watering.

2 where can I put a hole to run wires though ?

I am currently spaying 2 times a day. I will be on vacation for a week and although my employees can spray during the days they are there (and I suppose I could pay someone to come spray on days they aren’t there) but it would be great to automate.

I need to mention that I live in a very hot area of northern ca (Chico) where the temps in this building can get into the 90s even at night when it’s really bad (concrete block building without insulation )

I can put in a little wall in front bottom to prevent water from running out and run a misting nozzle. But now the tube would have to go through the door opening. Would want to drill a hole but have concerns

There is heat on the sides - does this indicate that there are pipes there ?
There is another Orchidarium on top so can go thru top.

The rest of the setup:
Automated by AC INFINITY Ai+ outlet
Cool growers so the temp is 55-67 at night and 67-72 during the day
Lights automated
Plants are in their correct locations based in light need
Plan to put in wire to hang plans on walls better soon
Fan currently placed lower side pointed diagonally towards the cooling plate of the fridge in the back
Humidity stays around 75% with the tray
Wires come out through the door so open a crack
