What's the most optimal perk and kill streak combination for a Nuke? I've heard that some kill streaks count towards it

Does Looper make sense, or should I focus on 3-4 blue perks for safety?

Is it true that Hardpoint is the easiest to do this among the standard modes?

Recently, while training for Super Ruthless, I was able to reach 19 kills without kill streaks and realized that 30 isn't so unattainable. I'll keep practicing
