Hit $1,500 in chase cards… never got them (Pokeswish on Whatnot)

Jumped into a Pokeswish break on Whatnot and actually hit for once. Around $1,500 total.

After the break I had just switched addresses, so one of the packages got returned to sender. Annoying, but whatever — should be easy to fix, right?

Nope.

The package with ALL the big hits got sent back. Tracking has been stuck on “waiting for order pickup” for over 14 days now. I’ve been told multiple times they already went to the post office and picked it up… but tracking hasn’t moved at all.

So that doesn’t really add up. Every day they keep saying "we'll send some one to check" and I am getting ZERO support. Finally Whatnot refunded me the few hundred I spent, but it was $1500 in slabs that they are refusing to send. I don't want a refund, I want my cards.

I Hit $1,500 in Chase Cards… and Never Got Them — My Experience with Pokeswsh on Whatnot
This is the kind of situation that makes people lose trust in breaks entirely.
I joined a break with Pokeswsh on Whatnot and absolutely crushed it—two major chase hits, around $1,500 in value.
The kind of pulls you remember.
The kind of hits that are literally the whole point of being in breaks.
And I never received them.

What Actually Happened
After the break, I had a new address, which caused a shipping issue. One of the packages ended up getting returned to sender.
That’s where things started to fall apart.
The package with ALL of my big hits → returned to sender
Tracking now shows: “waiting for order pickup” for 10+ days
I was told multiple times they had already gone to the post office to retrieve it
But nothing changed.
No movement. No update. No package.

The Other Package? Even Worse.
They sent another package that didn’t require a signature.
It got delivered.
I opened it…
👉 Empty. Completely empty.

The Response I Got
Instead of fixing the situation, I was told:
“Those slabs weren’t in the package.”
That makes zero sense.
We all watched the break. The hits were pulled. The value was there.
You can’t just pretend they didn’t exist after the fact.

Let’s Be Real About This
If you’re running breaks and pulling high-value cards:
You know what’s in each shipment
You should be using signature confirmation + insurance
And if something goes wrong, you make it right
This isn’t a gray area.
This is basic accountability.

The Biggest Red Flag
The part that really doesn’t sit right:
Tracking stuck on “waiting for order pickup” for over 10 days
Repeated claims that it was already picked up from the post office
No resolution. No urgency. No ownership
That’s not how you handle $1,500 worth of someone else’s cards.

Why This Matters
Breaks are built on trust.
You’re paying upfront for a chance at hits—and when you hit, those cards are yours.
If sellers can just shrug when something goes wrong, the entire system breaks.

Final Thought
I hit big.
I should have had those slabs in hand.
Instead, I got an empty package, a returned shipment stuck in limbo, and excuses.
At some point, it comes down to this:
👉 Do the right thing.
