Hello mere Hyderabad Ke payro!

my brother is relocating for the first time out of town, and he is very skeptical about relocation to hyderabad.
Anyways, I assured him that hyderabad is a good city (compared to previous city he was in before). He is looking for a 1.5-2 bkh room for rent in nearby LB stadium area and he is willing to commute upto 5-10kms.

There are a few basic requirements (not a deciding factor, but its good to haves).
1: Schools nearby (preschools, has a kind of 4yo)
2: Not overcrowded, and not that empty as well.
3: Covered parking space.
4: Some parks, markets for daily items etc.
5: Rent if possible within 20k (can strech a bit beyond, but not much).

Can you guys please suggest some good areas in which we can start to look into?
