It looks like there’s construction underway at 17 Newark Way (directly next to Artie’s). Does any know what’s happening? Artie’s expansion? Parking? A new business opening up?

Also, what does everyone call this neighborhood? I know it’s technically still Hilton, but I’ve heard some different names about this specific area. Is there a concensus on this?
