Hi, guys I just wanted to know which type of tools are you guys using to generate high quality animated video generation and generating AI Avatars now in 2026?

I want to generate some bulk videos per day. But google veo gives only 3 generations. Also, I want to set up a talking Avatar with proper lip syncing by uploading a real human being image. So, if I can cover up my works with 1 AI tool that helps me in AI video generation in bulk and talking avatar it will be helpful for me.

Also I am seeing that Grok is now paid.

Any suggestion is welcome, it will be helpful for me if I can use the tools for free now.
