Took a Non-DOT pre-employment in late April at Labcorp. Temp was good so passed the initial screening. It was split into two specimens and sent to lab for further testing. Two days later employer says "I'm cleared". Heated in microwave before and used oral thermometer to get temp to around 100'F then strapped to inner thigh. Keeping it snug yet being able to move is tricky. It can leak while moving if strapped awkwardly. To get to the FILL line you'll need most of what's in bottle. I did NOT spill any in toilet, I've heard that can cause issues. It absolutely must be in between 90-100'F or failed instantly. In the past I've had an over temp from attaching warmers to bottle. This time I assumed if i heat it to 100'F then my body should keep it above 90'F while waiting for test and it did. Just keep it snug in your junk(finding this trick is up to you, a jock strap or something similar may be helpful). I usually take DOT drug tests and don't play around with substitutes because they are analyzed more strictly and so are the consequences. No idea where the Upass was bought because a friend gave it to me, however have have the Lot #25075807 Exp. 07/2027. Was very nervous about this because its for a great job, but I hear from friends in DOT and NON DOT jobs that they regular use this stuff and it works. I'm sure if it was further analyzed it wouldn't pass but with the amount of tests Labcorp is conducting daily they cant keep up. That's all I got, talked a lot because most discussions on this are vague and have very little info.
