My Bluelink app has been blank since I got the car. I finally uploaded a photo of my Santa Fe and it totally completes the home screen. Didn't knew we can do this by uploading the photo of your car under menu section
I’m planning to buy a house by the end of this year and have my first mortgage appointment with TD Bank this Saturday. I haven’t started house hunting yet because I want to understand how much I can get approved for first.
My rough budget is around $650K, and I’m planning to put 20% down.
I dont have a major debt other than a car loan which has around 8K left and monthly payment on that are around $150. I also have a LOC of around 50K which I opened about a year ago but never used it. Will this create a problem in approval?
What should I expect during this meeting? How do banks typically determine how much mortgage you qualify for, and what kind of interest rate range might I be looking at right now?
Any tips on what to prepare or questions I should ask would be appreciated.
I’ve noticed a rattle coming from the rear passenger seat in my 2023 Santa Fe when driving over bumps. When driving on an highway its buttery smooth. , the noise completely disappears when the seat is occupied. For anyone driving this car is also experiencing the same thing ?

Do Canadian dealers usually bake the oil change into a "package" price that still ends up being $200 after tax? Just trying to figure out if I’m better off going to an independent shop for my next one.
