If you have recently started to care about your skin, or if your skin looks great with a sign of dehydration. And you feel tightness after cleansing. If you have just started on your healthy skin journey, follow a few rules:
1: dont get swayed by the marketing claims, they are hardly true
2. Not every skin needs all types of actives and ingredients
3. For a healthy skin, less is always more
4. Skincare is always inside out and not the otherwise
5. Get in to habit of sipping water through the day, instead of gulping 3 litres in chunks.
6. Always choose a low pH cleanser- if pH is not mentioned, its not low pH (pH adjusted or pH balance doesnt mean low pH, thats a marketing claim)
7. Always choose a serum with NMF. Apply that daily, morning evening- thats your best buddy.
8. Always cover your serum with a moisturizer. Look for ceramide or squalene.
9. Always use a mineral based sunscreen, avoid chemical UV filters, no matter what anyone says. And any SPF number above 30 is purely marketing.
10. At any cost, avoid products that have carbomers, acrylates or silicones (words ending in siloxane or thicones)
You will be fine, you have a beautiful skin, dont ruin it by social meadia gyan.
