Is there a specific queue (e.g. priority lane) when arriving with infants? Secondly, is it quicker to get the visa on arrival or to apply for the E-Visa online beforehand?
Would really appreciate any insights anyone can offer, hoping to minimise stress and get out of the airport as quick as possible.

I will shortly be travelling for the first time with an infant on Singapore airlines (MAN-->SIN-->DPS). For the baby car seat, does this need to be packaged if it goes in as checked luggage? I do not have any boxes at home large enough, and the telephone support team couldn't give me a clear answer.
Similarly, if the baby stroller (buggy) gets 'gate checked' does this then need any packaging?
