"Lammin" is an Ilocano term which means "nilamig" ,and literally lalamigin ka dun, it's a beginner friendly hike kase pede na iakyat sasakyan.
According to our guide the folks there used to call the place "Daw-Asen"( an Ilocano term which means drop by) because this is where the farmers catch fish for their meals and rest for a beat before they descend to their homes.
As a person who enjoy hiking, I dropped by and caught a different thing— the will to keep going despite it all, like any mountains or waterfalls do to me,but Aw-Asen's magnificence is one of a kind🫶✨️
