I’ve been struggling with something and I want to know if others feel the same.

I get ideas. Not bad ones. But when it comes to actually building them in real life, I just get stuck. I don’t know where to start, how to structure things, or how to move from idea → execution.

Sometimes I wonder:

* Am I trying to be too perfect before starting?

* Why does it feel like I can’t think deeply anymore?

* Has using AI too much made me dependent and lazy in thinking?

Another big issue:

When I open documentation, I barely understand anything. It feels like I’m reading English, but nothing goes into my brain. Same with learning new tech — it just doesn’t “click”.

And then I see people building real stuff:

Not just resume projects, but actual working systems.

How do they do that when they don’t know everything beforehand?

Some things I really want to understand:

* How do you approach a project in a field you don’t fully know?

* How do you read and understand big documentation?

* How do you learn new tech efficiently?

* How do you avoid getting stuck or quitting halfway?

Right now I have:

* Ideas

* Some basic knowledge

* But I’m unable to finish anything

I’m not looking for motivation. I want practical ways people actually deal with this.

Would really appreciate honest answers from people who’ve gone through this.
