For context, i am 40F, single and i have had that insane crush on that guy at work for 9 months now.
Important thing to say; We never talked once. We do not work together, but we are under the same Director General. We just are in the same open concept government office.
We've started giving each other looks, searching for each other in crowds and well, our eyes meet all day, pretty much every day at the office. Honestly, I've never been that attracted to a guy in 40 years. There is some sort of a strong sexual tension every time we look at each other.
i often catch him looking at me while I'm talking to coworkers, and when i catch him, he looks away quickly. I was about to approach him, find an excuse to break the ice, as he seemed shy. But i decided to investigate, and a work friend knows him and found out he is not single. Knowing that, out of respect for his girlfriend and for all of us pretty much i abandoned the project lol But we still look at each other daily. Nothing changed. I can't help it, he us just so good looking.
But there are two instances where i was like "eh? what the hell?" About 2 months ago, i was chatting with a male ex coworker, good looking, and he was nearby and talking with his boss, but kept looking at us non stop. Like every 5 seconds, as if was bugging him i was chatting with a guy.
The other was today. He was facing my way, talking with someone when i was coming his way to get to my desk, and i was looking at him, then when i got almost beside him he kinda moved as in he was in the way, smirked and looked at me. In my opinion it was clear he did that to steal a glance at me cause he was knowwhere in the way.
I am seeking men advices, as I'm confused. When i had a boyfriend, i didn't even noticed him. But i know men and women brains don't work the same.
Wondering if he is just curious, attracted to me, obviously, or things are dull with his partner, or just is flattering his male's ego.
