Will PSA grade this?
I am wanting to send my Goldstar Mudkip to PSA in hopes of getting a PSA 1. However, the card is pretty damaged. Parts of the foil is coming off and there is a chunk missing in the bottom left. Will PSA grade this card? Is it worth sending to make an attempt?
