I just has oil removed 3 weeks ago and yhink i have a tear or dettachment because i see this like worm shape line in the top of my vision and it grows in size when i look left, does, i can still see normal just that line is worrying me, has anyone experienced this?

Hi, im 3 weeks post vitrectomy, anyone experienced severe dry eye after vitrectomy? I use artificial tears but they sting and cause a teary eye for about a minute then goes away. im also still on prednisolone 3 times a day, on my one week follow up they said pressure was 12 and dr said he will see me in 3 weeks so me appointment is in one week from today
