Welp, a key popped off my OP-XY

Love this thing, but one of the keys decided to part ways with the rest of the unit (pic attached). No obvious damage that I can see.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Curious about two things:

1. Is this a snap-it-back-on situation or something deeper?

2. How's TE's support been for folks who've gone through them for repairs?

Any experience or war stories welcome.
