Every time I finish a match an error message pops up saying “Connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. Returning to the menu.” I do not receive any games played in objectives or any kind of reward whatsoever, but the game still shows in match connection history on the EA help page. This started 2 days ago after playing only 2 games of gauntlet leading me to believe it’s not a soft ban. This does not happen in other modes like pro clubs.
I have tried deleting my squads, clearing my console cache, troubleshooting network issues and nothing has worked. I’m struggling to even find the root of the issue let alone find a fix for it.
