Started in karate and Sanda through university programs. Trained for about 1-3 years but inconsistently. I thought I was doing alright

Also, underrated (or maybe not) fight kits are the best with Vale Tudo shorts ;)

Mostly looking for a place to share this, not necessarily looking for criticism but will accept good advice. I started martial arts about 5 years ago (through a university kickboxing/mma program). I admit I did not train consistently but I attempted to do so for the span of 2-3 years.

I liked how my body looked and how badass it felt, such a fun activity to loose weight but never took it as serious as I should have. So, my question is; from this clip, was I on the right track trianing wise? And how do I get back into it now that I’m about 25-50 lbs heavier than I was in this vid

Looking for a wrestler with personal training experience to come kick my butt in my own home gym 1-2x weekly. I have some experience training (Karate/Sanda for 2 years) and just looking to improve overall health and performance to maintain through my 20s. Also looking to improve my grappling and have more “mma style” wrestling drills.

Group classes in a crowded gym are a no go.

I am in the Phoenix area. Please send me any recommendations you might have or feel free to DM me! Can also discuss rates
