What time of the day are you all taking the medications?

I’ve been prescribed 40mg of Propanalol (1 tablets, 2 times a day) & 5mg of Methimazole (3 tablets, 1 time a day). I’ve read to take them at the same time everyday. What time have you found that works for you?
