Block start form
I’ve changed my block settings with the help of a sprint coach which I probably should’ve done sooner. I feel like my body isn’t aligned properly in the first few steps and one of my legs is too straight. Looking to get any help on improving it because even with how bad they look, it’s probably one of my best starts technically other than maybe my PB
(Kinda scared of what NoHelp7189 would have to say about this.)
