I suspect there’s rain water ingress into my ground floor flat.
There are large damp patches and mould on the plasterboard, plus “blistering” of plasterboard in multiple rooms.
My working theory is rain water is getting in from one of the patios, spreading through the concrete slab and emerging through skirting boards and plasterboards. I’ve ruled out internal water sources, like appliances and showers.
I think I need a surveyor who specialises in structural waterproofing - is that right?
Thanks in advance!
