I was wondering if mannies normal skill CD reduction would work if u used the engraved set with her staff and hit someone with reduced crit defense?

Does it contribute to your survivability at all? I know hp is ur health and attack is ur damage but what does ur defense do? Besides help scale some abilities like in escanors case.

Got bored and want to explore new builds, y’all have any good suggestions?
