The first pins popped up last weekend. Are they ready / is the veil broken, or can they keep growing for another day or two? Do all mushrooms produce spores, or are some strains less prone to sporulating?

Regarding harvest and the second flush, how should I proceed? There are a lot of side and bottom pins, can I remove the block from the bag to harvest them, or is it better to keep it inside?

Should I soak the substrate for the next flush, or is a light misting enough before sealing it again?
