I tried understanding the zones and different transportations, but I am scared of doing something wrong

I need transportation from the airport (arriving from Frankfurt, not sure which terminal) to AirHostel (Carrer de Narcís Monturiol, 48, 08820 El Prat de Llobregat)

then back to airport T1, to Plaça de Catalunya, from Sagrada Familia back to airport T1.

Could anyone please help out and tell what kinds of tickets or zones i need to buy? Thanks a lot!!
