Goal: island free of sink/stove

Having issues with this design. Am I crazy to think that this flow is awkward?

I don't love the short side of the island facing the stove as you lose access to island storage space.

I could move the stove where the sink is and lose the window. Benefit is better ventilation outside of the house, but losing some natural light.

Would putting a sink and stove on the same bottom wall be possible? (I.e. replacing fridge spot with stove).

I know flow-wise it'd be easier to have the stove where the sink is and sink on the island....
