Hi all, been in the gym for a year and a half now. Had to take off a couple of months post surgery, but I’m back at it mixing it with some kettlebell training at home during the weekends.
I can do what I think are quite decent 3x12 dips and was wondering when should I start adding some weight. Should I wait until I can hit 3x15? I try to do dips at the end of all my gym workouts. This would be 2-3 times per week. Was thinking to alternate one day with weighted dips with the next one normal.
Thoughts?
