Need advice lang po. We currently have a townhouse in Las Palmas, Santa Maria, Bulacan pero feeling namin masyado nang crowded and wala kaming sariling parking.

We’re thinking of ipa-pasalo yung unit and buy a bungalow single detached house in El Pueblo with parking instead for more privacy and space. Pero hesitant husband ko kasi baka daw mas maliit yung bahay overall.

For those who moved from townhouse to bungalow, worth it ba long term? Any regrets or advice? 🙏
