Why am I getting traffic but basically zero sales? Honest website feedback needed.
Hey everyone — looking for some honest feedback because I’m probably too close to this project now to see what’s wrong with it.
I’m a paramedic and started building a small brand/podcast called Critical-Run focused on EMS, first responders, mental health awareness, dark humor, and healthcare-related apparel. I built the website myself through Wix because I can’t afford a professional designer right now.
Problem is… I’ve had traffic, social media engagement, shares, and people telling me they “love the designs” — but almost no actual sales.
At this point I genuinely want constructive criticism:
Does the site look unprofessional?
Is the branding confusing?
Are the products too niche?
Is the homepage bad?
Too cluttered?
Does it feel scammy or unfinished?
Pricing issue?
Is the message unclear?
I’d rather hear the hard truth than keep guessing.
I know a lot of small business owners here have way more experience than I do, and I’d appreciate any advice on:
website layout
conversion issues
trust building
homepage structure
product presentation
SEO/social media
or just general first impressions
I’m doing this completely bootstrap while working EMS shifts, so I’m learning as I go.
