200g plain Greek yogurt
100g cottage cheese
1tsp xanthan gum
15g sugar free cheesecake jello pudding mix
15g sugar free pistachio jello pudding mix
Small amount of vanilla extract
Stevia to your liking for added sweetness
Vanilla almond milk to fill line
Blend with immersion blender
Mix in with pistachio nuts after spinning

Absolutely delicious

Edit: Correction. It’s pudding mix, not yogurt mix. Also, forgot to include I added a small amount on vanilla extract as well.
