Hi, I'm just about to take my 3rd dose of 2.5mg. Not much has happened for me yet and I'm still hungry a lot! I am getting full sooner, but still waiting for the full effects to kick in.

I have a friend in America who is on Ozempic and had lost 100lb. She says she barely eats anything because she just isn't hungry!

Is this the case with Mounjaro? Everyone posts the success stories, but no one says what they ate to lose the weight. Do you just end up barely eating?
