I got the new Flow 2. First time Narwal user. Most of my house is LVP and I have 4 rooms with new carpet & pads. In every room I get errors that the wheels are stuck. Opens a ticket and apparently the Flow 2 is incapable of vacuuming a medium pile carpet with 1/2” 8.5lb pad underneath. If this is truly the case, this is the most useless dual use robot vacuum ever and I’ve very disappointed considering it has (so far) mopped very well. Should I just return both and find something better? I had a Max10 Roomba and it was awful with streaking. Had hoped this would be a better solution.
