Help identifying a childhood food - steamed pork, egg omelette slice, cilantro maybe wrapped in a green onion
Hello,
I have been trying to recreate recipes from my childhood that my mom or dad used to make. This is the latest I've been trying to find. I do not have a name for it. I just have this image and what I believe it was comprised of. It was a piece of steamed pork, a piece of cooked egg, cilantro, and maybe a steamed green onion tying everything into place. It was eaten with rice. Did anyone else eat anything like this? Possibly with nuoc mam? Is this even a thing or did my mom make something novel?
