
5’2 - Progress over two years as a runner
hi ladies,
I hope it’s also for me to share my progress photo. The right is two years ago and the left is from a few days ago.
I run 6 days a week and strength train twice a week. My strength is mainly lower body so I’m injury free for running.
I don’t count calories. I just ensure to eat a lot of carbs for each meal, and include a protein source. I do focus a lot more around carbs, purely for my runs.
My goal now is to perhaps put on some muscle and see what happens.
