It's 2026 and still absolutely no customer service!
Google has to be one of the biggest corporate conglomerates in the world. It is quite pathetic that they do not have a single call center or any customer service for people to reach out to with all of the services that they offer. If they was offering nothing but free services I could understand but every service that they have they are making money from it should be against the law at this point for them to not have a customer service. I have reported bugs to Google for over 10 years and I have never once gotten a single response from anyone from Google. These motherfuckers are lacking common sense. Why is there only Google why can't there be other companies that do just what they do but do it even better? I'm sick and tired of the navigation apps on my Android phone. I'm trying to use a bike Google Maps will consistently try to kill me by having me go in the opposite side of traffic taking me on the highways tell me the slightly turn left when there is no turn in sight not even a slight turn Etc. There really isn't any bike navigation apps on Google Play Store that are worth even the slightest fuck. Some of these apps want you to pay up to like a hundred something dollars a year to use. There is a app called komoot that I use that gives really good routes but the UI is so terrible that every single time I use it I uninstall the app after I'm done since it is easier to uninstall the app than it is to just stop the navigation which is complete pathetic bullshit. It is the only navigation app that I have been able to find that I could use reliably that takes me down good routes that are safe. It's also 2026 and with the rise of e-bikes in a scooters you would think that Google would incorporate a mode for that just like most other navigation apps have but they have not they have not even figured out how to get the bicycle navigation mode to work properly.
