We often see these property or insurance agents flaunt their wealth online, staying in landed rebuilt homes and driving continental cars. A proerty agent can earn 1-2% of commission, and given that new condos are at least $2M, does that mean they earn $20k-40k just selling 1 condo per month? Is this the reality for the average agent?
