Kalshi refusing to pay out
Has anyone received a payout slip and not received the winnings? I got a payout slip that said I won $37.30 but it never showed in my history or cash amount. Now customer service is trying to tell me it’s the aggregate of all my trades for that specific topic. I don’t get it and they stopped replying. What should I do?
