Power cut in our area for the last 1.5, 2 hours in the middle of the night. Calls to the electricity office are constantly busy and the local control room isn’t responding at all. Families with small kids are struggling and we have no idea when the power will be restored.

At least some proper update from the department would help.

Anyone else facing the same issue in the city?
