I am an incoming freshman who needs to take the MPE to be placed in Math3A. On the details page there was a practice exam ("Preparation - We recommend taking an online readiness test to practice for the MPE.")

I did the practice exam and only submitted half the questions to check my answers (I got them all right I am very solid on my precalculus). But when I checked back on my tasks the MPE was marked completed! This test also didn't have a time limit.

I need to take the MPE this month as June doesn't fit my schedule. I already emailed ugrad@math.ucsb.edu and coe-info@engineering.ucsb.edu . What else should I do and what does all of this mean?
