Wally’s family has always been one of the quieter emotional pieces of Young Justice, and this felt like a sweet way to celebrate that today.

Happy Mother’s Day to Mary West and all the moms, guardians, and parental figures who help shape the heroes we love.

Sorry for the extremely late update and the lack of recent posts. After Project Stream, we entered a short cooldown period after all the excitement so we could prepare for more events.

And today, we are excited to announce:

#KeepYJAlive Presents: Young Justice Fan Meetup @ SDCC 2026

A fan-organized gathering to celebrate 16 years of Earth-16.

We are excited to announce our first Young Justice fan meetup at San Diego Comic-Con 2026, created as a positive community gathering for fans who love the world Greg Weisman, Brandon Vietti, and the entire creative team and cast built.

After Project Stream, we wanted our next major step to focus on community. One of the most important parts of keeping Young Justice alive is showing that this fandom is still here, still organized, and still capable of coming together in a respectful, creator-positive way.

This meetup is not intended to pressure, make demands, or trying to force an announcement, rather it is about celebrating the show, the fans, the characters, and the long legacy of Earth-16 through its 16 years.

More than anything, this is meant to be a cool hangout for all fans of the show. This is a chance to meet other Young Justice fans, talk about the series, take photos, cosplay if you want, and just enjoy being part of the community together!

A valid SDCC badge will be required to access the meetup location.

Cosplay is encouraged, but absolutely not required. Whether you are coming in costume, wearing a shirt, or just stopping by as a fan, all are welcomed!

To celebrate the announcement, we created a new meetup poster inspired by the Young Justice intro and the legacy of the original Team. The goal was to make something that felt energetic, official-style, and worthy of a fan gathering at SDCC while still clearly being a community-made tribute.

More details will be shared as we get closer, including the finalized time and any day-of instructions. As always, this is an unofficial fan-organized meetup and is not affiliated with Warner Bros., DC, Max, Comic-Con International (CCI), or the Young Justice creative team.

As I said during Project Stream, this effort has always belonged to the fans. That is still true here. This meetup is another way for the community to come together, celebrate what Young Justice means to us, and show that the fandom is still active, positive, and united.

The goal is simple: bring the fandom together, celebrate 16 years of Earth-16, and keep showing what makes this community special!

Last time we launched something like this with Project Stream, the community showed up in a big way. This next step is different, but the heart behind it is the same: keeping the fandom active, visible, respectful, and united around our love for Young Justice.

We hope to see some of you at SDCC!
