First time landlord here. My tenants are asking to install a TV mount either into the fireplace mantle or onto the ceiling. I’m hesitant to allow installation in this particular area. If I do it would be the ceiling mount and make them responsible to repair when leaving.

Is it unreasonable to say no? I plan to eventually move back into the home and I don’t want there to be a bunch a damage especially in the main room.
