I’ve been very diligent with my sun protection, using La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVmune 400 Anti-Dark Spots Facial SPF50+ Fluid every single day. However, I am currently taking Progesterone, and I know hormonal changes can sometimes trigger skin issues.

• The Trigger: They became much more visible as soon as the sun came out.
• Current Routine: Daily high-protection SPF (UVMune 400 is my go-to).
• Medication: I am currently on Progesterone therapy.

Does this look like Melasma? Has anyone else dealt with pigment spots while on Progesterone?
