Self comparison

Im in a situation where i have a very respectable job, fiancé, and what would be considered a decent life. Although my circle of friends are entirely made of the stereotypical tech bros that make MUCH more money. I objectively make the least money. By a long shot. I realized i wake up every day not being proud of my accomplishments because im always comparing myself to my peers. I always tell myself im in last place and its having issues on my mental health. What if i never get to where they are? I lost my job in November, found a great one quickly but felt absolutely nothing. My peers are my same age and have had arguably worse upbringings that me. Im at a loss. How do yall deal with this?

My goal is to move from being a procurement agent to supply chain engineering at some point in the future. Curious in salary tables but can’t find the job code for one. Any help would be appreciated.
