Warning to businesses using KuCoin:

Our corporate KuCoin account has been frozen for over 2 months.

We completed EDD/KYB, followed every instruction they gave us, and kept asking what was needed to resolve it.

The result?

Silence, generic replies, and no real process.

For a normal user this is bad. For a business relying on exchange liquidity, it is a nightmare.

The biggest issue is not even the initial restriction. It is the way KuCoin handles it after:

  • no clear review process
  • no timeline
  • no proper escalation
  • no answer on partial release of unrelated funds
  • no meaningful communication

At this point, we are preparing formal dispute escalation.

If you run a business and rely on KuCoin liquidity, be aware: if something goes wrong, you may be stuck in a support black hole for months.
