Internet is fine, i have gigabit connection with no issues. not related to temps on my pc as they are fine, tried new controllers, cables, USB ports. i have tried everything i can think of to fix this issue. Had it for years and it is intermittent as hell, sometimes disappearing for months at a time and then coming back for no reason.
NOT THE SERVER AS IT DOESNT AFFECT ANYONE ELSE IN THE LOBBY AND HAPPENS ACROSS ALL GAMES
