😂 I ran a half marathon two weeks ago (and I finished strong!) and yet my morning 3mi jogs, even if I don’t push my pace, often feel like *such* a slog.
Any ideas why easy runs aren’t consistently easy?
Running never felt like it came naturally to me, but I feel like at this point after the miles I’ve put in, a 2 mile lunchtime jog should be an absolute piece of cake.
