I need help finding q trustworthy shipping service to send documenta from USA to Italy.

I already sent documents from Italy to USA using poste italiane and it cost me 20 euros, but I'm looking online to buy a shipping label to send them back to Italy and UPS, fedex and usps quoted 100- 200$ and I think this is too much.

Can someone help please?
