Hi everyone! I am filing I-485 for my wife as a derivative applicant based on my approved EB-2 NIW I-140.
My wife previously had an A-Number assigned from a family-based immigrant visa petition filed by her father from her home country (consular processing). However, she was excluded from that petition due to CSPA age-out before the interview and never actually immigrated through that petition. She later came to the US on a B-2 visa and subsequently changed status to F-2. Should she mention her previously assigned A-Number on her I-485 (Part 1, Question 5) and on every page’s top right corner?
